For Organizations

Employer Sponsorship

The Institute partners with organizations seeking to elevate architectural rigor across cloud and security teams. Sponsor engineers to strengthen cloud security posture, reduce operational risk, and improve decision quality.

Why organizations sponsor Fellows

Cloud platforms are becoming more complex, and AI expands both capability and attack surface. Many teams have tool proficiency but lack security-first architectural depth — resulting in fragile systems, noisy alerting, manual operations, and inconsistent design decisions.

This sponsorship pathway develops engineers into security-first cloud architects who can design under constraints, automate delivery end-to-end, and defend technical decisions in review.

Outcomes employers value

  • Risk reduction through security-first architecture (IAM, segmentation, telemetry)
  • Lower operational toil via automation-only delivery (IaC + CI/CD)
  • Better decision quality through tradeoff-based architectural reasoning
  • Improved signal quality through detection + response readiness
  • Responsible AI adoption with validation and guardrail design

What sponsorship includes

Employer sponsorship seats are designed to be procurement-friendly, measurable, and aligned to professional development outcomes.

Seat + evaluation

Fellow participates in the 16-week program with rubric-based evaluation across architecture, automation, security, detection, and AI-augmented operations.

Capstone artifacts

The Fellow produces architecture documentation and implementation artifacts suitable for internal review — diagram, design memo, and automation repo structure.

Defense-based credentialing

The ACSA-F designation is awarded only after successful capstone defense. Not all admitted Fellows earn the designation.

Pricing

Sponsorship pricing reflects evaluation rigor, capstone review, and defense-based credentialing. This is a professional designation pathway, not general training.

Employer-sponsored seat

$15,000 per Fellow

  • 16-week fellowship seat
  • Rubric-based evaluation across domains
  • Capstone artifacts + defense
  • Optional employer summary (on request)

Private cohorts (enterprise)

Organizations with multiple candidates may request a private cohort aligned to internal goals and constraints.

Team-based elevation

Develop consistent architecture standards across a team, including security-by-design guardrails and automation-first delivery practices.

Scheduling flexibility

Private cohorts can be scheduled to align with business rhythms, incident rotations, and engineering timelines.

Assessment aligned to reality

Evaluation stays standards-driven while aligning scenarios to real-world cloud constraints and operational maturity expectations.
