Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and participation in programs offered by the Cloud & Security Architecture Institute (“the Institute”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an application, paying an application review fee, or participating in any Institute program, you agree to these Terms.

2. Application Review Fee

The application review fee is non-refundable. Payment of the fee does not guarantee admission to the Fellowship or award of any designation.

The fee covers structured evaluation, technical assessment review, and interview processing.

3. Admission & Selection

Admission to the Fellowship is selective and at the sole discretion of the Institute. The Institute reserves the right to decline admission for any reason.

4. Fellowship Participation

Fellows are expected to:

  • Complete required pre-work before program start
  • Participate professionally in all sessions
  • Submit required assignments and capstone artifacts
  • Maintain integrity in all submissions

Failure to meet participation standards may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. Evaluation & Designation

The ACSA-F designation is awarded only to Fellows who meet performance thresholds and successfully complete capstone defense.

Completion of the program does not automatically confer the designation.

6. Revocation of Designation

The Institute reserves the right to revoke any designation in cases of:

  • Academic dishonesty
  • Misrepresentation of work
  • Professional misconduct
  • Fraudulent use of the credential

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials, curriculum content, rubrics, and evaluation frameworks are the intellectual property of the Institute and may not be copied, redistributed, or reproduced without written consent.

Fellows retain ownership of their own capstone work unless otherwise agreed.

8. Payments & Refunds

Fellowship tuition payment terms are provided upon acceptance.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, tuition is non-refundable once the program begins.

9. Limitation of Liability

Participation in the Fellowship does not guarantee employment, promotion, or compensation outcomes. The Institute provides professional education and evaluation only.

10. Modifications

The Institute reserves the right to update program structure, evaluation methods, schedules, and policies as necessary to maintain standards.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which the Institute operates.
